Purpose
The Authenticity Journey was founded on a simple observation: the institutions that endure are held together by things rarely written down, the values of the people who lead them, the judgment they exercise under pressure, and how faithfully both are passed on. The Forum exists to put that wisdom on the record, and to share it with the next generation, while the people who hold it are able to speak.
Connections, not transactions.
The Forum is sponsored so that it never has to sell to its guests.
Candor.
The only thing asked of a guest is a real answer.
Discretion.
What is not for the record stays off it.
Respect for the guest.

Clara Vanine
Host · Chief Experiance Officer, Marber Security
Clara Vanine is Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Marber Security, where she leads executive relationships, partnerships, and the firm's executive platforms. She is Co-Founder and host of The Authenticity Journey, the Human Capital Forum for Intergenerational Wisdom, which convenes principals, founders, and investors through executive interviews, private dinners, and invitation-only gatherings recorded at The Legacy Room in West Palm Beach. She is the author of The Human Next to You: Executive Self-Leadership for Legacy Capital Continuity (The Authenticity Journey, 2026) and the creator of The VA9 CONNECTED Framework™, an open framework for executive self-leadership and human-centered culture. She speaks and leads workshops for executives, founders, and family offices on self-leadership and human connection. She is based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Marlon Bermudez
Executive Voice · Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Marber Security
Marlon Bermudez is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Marber Security, an executive security leadership firm in West Palm Beach, Florida. He has held the chief information security officer's seat — as CISO, interim CISO, and executive security advisor — at private equity-backed financial services companies and regulated institutions, building security programs from inception and maturing existing ones for boards and audit committees. He founded Marber Security to provide the executive security leadership that private capital and private wealth institutions need but rarely find: independent, accountable, and designed to last. He convenes the Legacy Capital Innovation Series, recorded at The Legacy Room in West Palm Beach.
The Legacy Room
Executive Interviews are recorded at The Legacy Room, a private executive interview studio at 515 N Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach, operated by Legacy Capital Productions. It was built for one purpose: a quiet room in which two people can speak at length without an audience.
How the Forum is organized, and what is coming
The Authenticity Journey is deliberately simple to explain, because the people it convenes deserve to know exactly whom they are speaking with, who pays for what, and where any money goes.
The Forum today
Executive Interviews, private dinners, and gatherings are complimentary and by invitation. They are convened by Legacy Capital Continuity LLC, doing business as The Authenticity Journey, and recorded at The Legacy Room by Legacy Capital Productions LLC. Both are companies of Marber Security LLC, which sponsors the Forum as its Founding Convening Partner. No guest has ever been charged, and none will be.
The Programs
Organizations that wish to bring this work inside their own walls engage The Authenticity Journey for the Culture & Leadership Pulse, Private Organizational Culture Summits, Culture Continuity, and speaking. This is the Forum's professional practice. It is kept entirely separate from the Forum itself: no one is invited to an interview or a gathering because they are a client, and no one is asked to become a client because they were a guest.
The upcoming Foundation · in formation, October 2026
An independent public charity, with a majority of independent directors, is being established to carry the Forum's philanthropic purpose forward: mentorship that pairs accomplished leaders with those who will follow them, free to every mentee; stewardship of the Executive Interview archive as a permanent educational record; and, in time, the Forum's gatherings themselves under license. Its work will be funded through six named funds and reported publicly every year. Until its determination letter and Florida charitable registration are in hand, the Foundation solicits nothing; this page will be updated the day that changes.
Legacy Stewards and Convening Partners · coming in 2027
A small circle of Legacy Stewards, leaders who share the Forum's connection-oriented approach, will extend invitations, host tables, and mentor. A small number of Convening Partners, firms and families whose way of doing business matches the Forum's, will help underwrite gatherings and be recognized by name only. Neither buys access to guests. Both will be announced when they are in place.
The name on all of it is the same: The Authenticity Journey. The book, the Forum, the Programs, and the Foundation's mentorship all carry it, under license, so that whoever encounters the work meets one standard.
Standing in the community
The Authenticity Journey is a Visionary Partner of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, the county's public-private economic development organization, alongside the region's leading employers and institutions.
The two torches
Our emblem began as a butterfly in a microphone: wisdom about the human journey, shared to inspire. It became two torches touching: the transfer of wisdom from one generation to the next, and the moment one person's flame ignites another's.
